Overview
Project overview
Nafees Sweets Centre is a well-known Manchester restaurant famous for traditional food. They wanted to modernise both their online presence and the in-store experience.
The challenge and the solution
The challenge
Online and in-store orders needed to stay in sync. Customers also expected to order delivery and view the menu easily on their phones.
The solution
I connected the website to the restaurant's EPOS system so online and in-store orders stay in sync, integrated Uber Eats and Deliveroo ordering, and created a mobile-first digital menu customers open by scanning a QR code at the table.
I also supported their social media presence with content and scheduling.
