Project overview
Nouvelle Esthetique is a doctor-led aesthetics practice operating across several locations. They needed a professional website where patients could book and pay for appointments without phoning the clinic.
I designed the website and set up a booking system that covers the patient journey and the doctors' side of managing appointments.
The challenge and the solution
The challenge
Booking appointments across multiple doctors, treatments and practice locations was manual and time-consuming for staff and patients alike.
Doctors needed to stay in control of their own availability and to approve appointments before they were confirmed.
The solution
I built a website with an integrated booking system. Patients select a doctor, service, location and time slot, then pay securely during booking.
Each doctor is notified of new bookings, can approve or decline them, and manages their schedule from a calendar view, including blocking out unavailable time.
